    The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. Do the products you ordered from us not fulfil your expectations? No problem! Simply register your return in our portal by clicking the button below. Please follow the instructions shown in the portal to ensure a quick and hassle free return procedure.

    Rules & Conditions:

    Time frame:

    • In our web shop, we offer our customers a 30 days 'no questions asked' return possibility. The 30 days are counted from the day you receive your order.

    • We strive to process all the returns as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances if you follow our return instructions, the return is processed in 3 working days after receiving the package at our warehouse. We reserve the right to prolong this period in cases when further inspection of the return is required.

    Cost of returns:

      • For all returns, the costs of return are borne by the customer. In the table below, you can find costs associated with each country that we offer return labels for.

      • Is your country not on the list? That means that we currently do have any contracts with carriers in your country. You can still register the return through the portal, after which you will receive further instructions on how to send the package back to us.


    • For Non-EU countries! If you make use of our 'Ship it yourself' option, please make sure to correctly mark the package as a return shipment.
      Disclaimer: Import taxes paid when receiving the parcel will not be refunded when returning the order.

    How to settle?

    • Money refund - We will issue the refund on the same day as we process the return. The refund arrives in your bank account depending on the method of payment that you used. This is usually 1-2 working days but sometimes can be longer.

    • Exchange - If you would like to exchange the products, please leave a comment in our return portal with a product code of the product that you would like to receive. We only exchange products of the same value. If the value is different, we will issue a refund instead.

    • Store credit - In a form of discount code for your next order

    State of the returned products

    • The products must be unused, complete, not damaged and in the original packaging. Original packaging might be slightly damaged to a reasonable extent of unpacking and checking the product. Scratches or any other signs of using/mounting/test fitting the products will result in the return being rejected.

    • We kindly ask you to pack the returning products well and ensure that they arrive back to us without any damages. 

    Exceptions

    • We do not accept returns of custom made/specially edited products, and products that are ordered specially for a customer. In our webshop this applies mainly for custom made YSS/Hagon shock absorbers. Other examples include specially made exhaust systems and any other products that are adjusted according to our customer specifications, or products ordered upon customer request.
