Screws are made of stainless steel. Subtle details can sometimes make the loudest custom statement. Our hardware kits for the Gringo S and Lane Splitter shields are available in anodized colours, allowing you to customise the look of your helmet. NOTE! During installation, apply one drop of medium-strength blue Loc-Tite to the threads of each screw. Align the index bumps on the back of the washers with the corresponding slots on the plastic hinge spacer behind the shield; carefully hold the washer in place while tightening the screw. This is best accomplished with a coin or a short straight-slot screwdriver. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Each kit comes with two screws and two washers.
