BMW R1100R from 2000 with approximately 85,000 km on the odometer.

Had it converted by Ottenhof Scuderia (then Schinkelkade, now Badhoevedorp) in 2015/2016 (€7,000).

Frame has been adjusted by a professional welder (€2,500), wheels from a more modern BMW, exhaust shortened, open air filters, professionally sprayed but now with some signs of wear. Digital all-in-1 counter instead of those three large units (in some photos the old counter unit is still attached). I still have all the original counter parts. LED lights front and rear, handlebars, mirrors, special buddy, new rear suspension, etc.

You get a comment/compliment about this every time you ride it. Nice in itself ;-)
Studded tires have a lot of grip, the Conti's Str.

In short, a wonderful motorcycle with super driving characteristics due to the shorter paralever strut so that the wheels are closer together. This makes it better in shorter cornering.

Recently (August 2023) it received a major overhaul at Ottenhof with new brake discs + pads + fuel lines + oil filter (€1,000).
