Finned SS Exhaust Clamps | LC | Hand Polished Finish

These Big Fin Exhaust Clamps in Hand Polished Finish, are available in a limited edition of Big Fin Exhaust Clamps inspired by the Webco finned cooling parts from the 1960s and 70s for LC Triumph Twins serve as bolt-on replacements for your stock clamps.

• Process of Making: Each fin is polished using various grades of polishing compounds to achieve the final traditional finish, and they will develop a patina quickly.
• Limited edition: These are available in limited quantities only. These are for the unique bike holders and not for the mass-market.

• The clamps, like the original ones, come in four pieces: UR (Upper Right), LR (Lower Right), UL (Upper Left), and LL (Lower Left).

How to assemble these clamps?

Anyone can replace these clamps at home in just five minutes. 

• First, remove the original clamps from the bike. 
• Then, assemble the new pair of clamps (either UR/LR for the right header or UL/LL for the left header) around the straight section of the header pipe before it begins to bend. 
• Ensure that the two clamp pieces are fully interlocked on both sides of the header.
• Due to the OEM factory design of the clamp assembly, the nuts should be tightened sequentially. Do not fully tighten one nut before moving to the other; instead, alternate half a turn on each nut.

Compatibility:

• They are specifically designed to fit the 2016 and newer models of the Speed Twin 900, Street Twin, Street Cup, Street Scrambler, Scrambler 900, Speedmaster, Bobber, Bobber Black, T100, T120, and Scrambler 1200.
• These clamps fit all 900 and 1200 cc Triumph Twins except the Thruxton and Speed Twin 1200 due to the extra crossover pipe in the stock Thruxton headers.
