This Side mount bracket can be welded to, for instance, these Side Mounts: 

• License plate holder for Stop light 
• License plate holder for Retro LED Light 
• License plate holder for license light
• License plate holder 

The bracket is, like the above license plate holders, made of 5 mm thick steel. The diameter of the mounting hole is Ø26 mm. You can weld this side mount bracket on to a license plate holder of your choice so you will get a cool side mount on your chopper or bobber.
