Oil Thermostat ''SH'' for BMW R2V.

Regulates the temperature of the engine oil (starts to open at 90°C/194°F, fully open at 110°C/230°F). The engine reaches normal operating temperature faster. The thermostat has safety bypasses that guarantee a constant oil flow. As the oil temperature increases, an inlet to the oil cooler is opened and the bypass is reduced, but not completely closed. The oil thermostat starts operating at 90°C. From 96°C on, the coolest inlet is completely open. The housing is CNC-machined from high-strength aluminium. The guide bore is finely machined.
